Niki is the founder and CEO of Christoff & Co., a Washington D.C.-based boutique consultancy. A Silicon Valley veteran, she drove front-page press and government relations strategies at Salesforce, Uber, and Google. Previously, she served as a policy aide on Senator John McCain’s 2008 presidential campaign.

Niki's expertise includes emerging tech, crisis response, and all things D.C. She is an active investor in early-stage tech companies and hosts a bi-weekly podcast, Tech’ed Up, that features zippy interviews with high-profile guests across tech, politics, and journalism. In 2019, Fortune magazine recognized Niki as one of the 25 Most Powerful Women in Politics.
